Because the stars above your head could very well be the same type of flower that grows on the hill you're resting on.

Means:

I must say I'm pretty damn proud of this piece. You know why I love watercolours?
Look at that sky. Just look at it! All I did was putting some water on a paper and spank it blue with a large brush.
That's why I love watercolours. Not because I get to spank things (hehe) but because the result can be so beautiful and unpredictable.
The background was painted with watercolours, the dog, the butterflies, the stars and dandelions with acrylics.

Oh, and the lyrics are from Patrik Isaksson's "Vi som aldrig landat". I like that song and I thought the words spoke for this picture pretty well.

Wow!! It really is beautiful!
The sky looks magnificent, calm and cold.
Everything is perfect!
And that is such a beautiful song too! I'd like to listen to it :)

Bottom left foot appears to have 3 toes while the rest has 4. i really like this picture tho and watercolor too. :)

This is gorgeous. I have so much to learn about painting. How did you manage the very thin outline around the dog?

This is really beautiful. The soft light blue colours are catching the eye. And the wolf's pose is so cute. Looks like it's playing or enjoying the stars... Sweet :heart:
